This package includes:

company name check and documents preparation for registration;

providing a copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association;

submission of documents to Companies House and payment of a State Tax by our accountant annualy. Company registration address in London.

Urgent company registration, providing the Certificate on Registration within one working day, plus the services of the Standard package – £500.

By request – nominal company founder service – £150.

Nominal director services £800. We make sure that we provide you only with the service that you have requested. There is no obligatory requirement for the founders and directors of the UK companies in relation to their citizenship and jurisdiction.

Registration of partnership, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
together with the services of the Standard package – £500.

Company documents are stored by the client or in the office of our accountant.

We can provide copies signed by the representative of the High Court of England and Wales free of charge. The package can receive an apostille at the request of the client, done by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Foreign and Commonwealth Office). Cost of this services – £100.

DHL (express mail) – £49.

A company seal stamp – from £70. Under the companies law -  company seal is not necessary.

Standard package price per year after the first year – £250.

Special Offer – Company Registration for  £185.
As separate service we offer a registration of a UK company without the registration address and a secretary. All relevant information and documetns should be provded by the customer. The package includes all the documents that are provided by the Companies House when the company is created.
