Office manager

We are seeking an experienced office manager who is a highly organised person, capable of working independently to support a busy director and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties will include:
* Providing general secretarial duties
* Answering calls
* Filing
* Invoicing and credit control
* Providing research support to the sales staff

You must have:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Email
* Previous experience in a similar role

International Lawyer

Within this interesting and challenging role, work will consist of securities offerings (both registered and Rule 144A); and mergers and acquisitions. Work will also have a dimension and will include some of the largest and most complex transactions.

To be successful, you will be a high quality lawyer with a strong technical and commercial background. You will also be commercially minded and a confident communicator. Although confident to work on your own initiative, you will also be an enthusiastic team player with a collegiate approach to knowledge sharing and problem solving.

Head of International Banking Project

You will be required to set up an international banking project, but initially the role will be very initiative where you will have an influence in winning new business deals.
You will be responsible for getting business leads and have good contacts with banks.
You will have experience in building teams and possess strong negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 -5 years experience in working within the commercial sector.  Ideally be from a banking or relative financial services background.

Head of Venture Department

· Highly driven and entrepreneurial
